This mystery novel is breezy, page-turning read from start to finish. This mystery tale, set in a 1940s radio station, will keep your attention with its charming setting and attention to period detail. Zany humor works side by side with suspense as the radio crew investigates a haunted mansion. The array of endearing characters is highlighted by Melvin Mansfield and Chick Alexander, who's antics will tickle the funny bones and nostalgic feelings, particularly of anyone who's seen 'Abbot and Costello Meet Dracula' or 'Hold That Ghost'. This niche mystery story entertains throughout.Product details

The Eyes of the Tiger Lyle Bradley 9781300688402 Books Reviews
I gave this book to my brother. He thoroughly enjoyed it. In his words, 'He had me from the introduction.'
This is a great mystery book. By the 4th chapter I was hooked and did not want to put it down. I enjoyed all the twists and turns in the story and by the end I had no idea "who done it" and was quite surprised by who did.
If you love radio dramas and comedies from the 1930's and 1940's you're in luck! Lyle Bradley has deftly combined both in a classic tale that is funny, spooky and evocative of a time gone by. Hopefully he will send Chick and Melvin (AKA Abbott and Costello) on further mad-cap adventures.
Intresting, dd not want to stop reading. Unexpected ending and one of my favorite books of all. The next top book of our time. I would definitely suggest to all my friends or people i just met for the first time.
This book has it all. It has old time mystery, adventure, romance, and humor. Written in the style of the 1940's it is one of the books that will require a reread when other books give out. Great book.
